todAAy i AAm grAAteful & thAAnkful

for an insightful meeting yesterday which dealt with handling life on life's terms

that we all must learn to deal with life as it happens ... or die

that tomorrow is November Birthday Night @ Lambda Center

that I stay busy and really enjoy my life these days

that I can actually enjoy being at the gym at 5:30am three days each week;
the other three days I go about 9 or 10am

that my therapist thinks I can take a few weeks off from our visits

for the new tile going in my bathroom -
it looks even better than I thought it would
