beware of doctors

todAAy i AAM grAAteful & thAAnkful

for a nice meeting with my sponsor; a man who magically keeps me accountable

that I'm still trying to differentiate between my wants and my needs

that I'm slowly learning how to handle sobriety

that my program of sobriety doesn't have to look like yours

that as of today, I've gone 3 1/2 years without a cigarette after smoking heavily for 36 years. I don't need one, I don't want one, I don't mind being around one. In October 2006, I became a non-smoker.

All the docs I know smoke Marlboro. These ads are hilarious.

Ahhh (dunno, just felt good to take a really deep breath here).

Have an awesome day!

I still marvel at the fact that you don't smoke any more.

I could be wrong, because I frequently am, but I think you need a yellow 1949 Packard convertible.

The power of advertising..scary. It makes me wonder what kind of bull$hit I'm being fed today. I'm also glad you quit. I will one day.

I'm glad for all the differences among members in the program. We can take what we like and leave the rest which is an awesome thing.

There's that ad I mentioned yesterday! Hard to believe!!! Great job becoming a non-smoker, particularly given how much you're probably around it.
