signs of the times

todAAy i AAm grAAteful & thAAnkful

that each time I leave an AA meeting, I know when I'll be back for another one; I believe it's important to have a plan

that I can be flexible when it's necessary

I've almost always been one to see the glass as half full.

I'm ONLY flexible when it's necessary and I get to choose what "necessary" is. ;)

I like optimism. But I used to refill my glass after only one mouthful because it looked as if my wine was running low if the glass wasn't filled to the brim.

Like those signs.

'tis good to have a plan and hopefully yours does NOT involve crossing a bombing range lol

where DO you find this stuff? I love it.

I also love having a plan that includes meetings :)

Have a great day!

I guess you would have to be an optimist to take a drive along that particular 12 miles with objects that may be falling from the sky.

I'm trying my best to see that glass differently. Today, I think my life might depend on it.

Thank you.

I believe that having a plan and being positive are two of the most important things that we can do in life. Thanks for the reminder. Also, got to love the sign not in use!

Sometimes it feels like life is just a series of 12 mile stretches on that Air Force boming range where anything is bound to drop from the sky. Oh boy...does it ever.

Your words reminded me of something a speaker mentioned Monday night. She had a friend who would say, "when the meeting is over, it just means that you are on your way to another meeting. Always be on your way to another meeting."
