Steve Jobs' Three Rules of Life ...

1. Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life.

2. Don't be trapped by dogma - which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice.

3. Have the courage to follow your heart and intuition - they somehow already know what you truly want to become.

Steve Jobs' Three Rules of Life are from Steve Jobs' Stanford Commencement Speech 2005. Click here to watch the 15 minute video of Steve Jobs Speech.

I have heard that speech several times in the last few days, it is a good one. He was an amazing man.

Was he really amazing? He was an inventor businessman. Did I miss interviews with friends and family? Or were there none. This culture adores moneymakers and firebrands. Apparently, he has made amends to his offspring for not being involved in their lives. Well, bully for him.

I do think that he did much to enhance the lives of So many. He was a visionary. No one knew much about his personal life. That's fair. I believe that there are those who are driven at great personal sacrifice. Most such people are difficult and not known for hanging in the BarcaLounger. That's okay with me. To me, he did astounding things.
