that is so wonderful!!!
it feels good doesn't it? I used the Steps and HP to quit smoking 8 and a half years ago... I am still so grateful!
Four years, three months for me! I am so grateful to be free of the grips of smoking. I have watched so many people try and not make it. I remember being with you after I quit. You could not go over 20 minutes without a fag. I mean cigarette. Glad you made it.
I love the freedom too. On the 24th will be four months for me ODAT.
Congratulations to those who quit puffing and huffing. I can climb a couple flights of steps (12 each flight!) and breathe regular. Quit 33 years ago--while sober. Letting go of nicotine was even worse struggle than letting go of Vodka.Peaceful breathing, all.
oct 19th is 5 years for me... ain't it great!
I just passed 4 years myself. When I quit it was so much easier than I had thought it would be. I guess my mind was in just the right place. I rarely even think of smoking now, even though Joe smokes. I am grateful to be free from it now.
Good for you! I'm sure your lungs thank you for it every day!
I am so glad you don't smoke any more dAAve. And it was so good to see you.
I'm glad that you are smoke free too. It's a nasty habit. I'm glad that I was caught smoking at age 5 and quit.
wow i can't believe it's been 3 years! i remember when you started that journey. i admire you for continuing to be a non smoker.
