that I have much better behavior outwardly than I used to. My mind still "goes there" at times, but I don't usually behave too badly.
that I no longer spend any energy trying to find excuses for my bad behavior
for a new insight to doing a daily 10th step -- "Did my self-will cause me or another person difficulty today?"
for some progress and never perfection
