todAAy i AAm grAAteful & thAAnkful

that the Promises listed on pages 83/84 of Alcoholics Anonymous are mostly true for me, most of the time

for hope and faith in my life today

that my HP has no limits except for those that I place on him/her/it/whatever

for a day without pressing projects -- this is really rare for this retired guy

There is nothing in a caterpillar that tells you it's going to be a butterfly.
- Richard Buckminster Fuller

'Just living is not enough,' said the butterfly, 'one must have sunshine, freedom and a little flower.'
- Hans Christian Anderson

What the caterpillar calls the end of the world, the master calls a butterfly.
- Richard Bach

The butterfly counts not months but moments, and has time enough.
- Rabindranath Tagore

You were so right about retirement. I stay so busy it is hard to get time to read blogs and write one every day. Amazing.

When I needed to find a dual diagnosis facility these guys made the difference. They gave me the help I needed and it made a big difference for the rest of my life. 4 years sober!
