Hump day

todAAy i AAm grAAteful & thAAnkful

that Alcoholics Anonymous provided the answers,
even though I didn't know the questions

that I know any progress/improvement in my thinking is dependent on change in my thinking

for the opportunity to re-invent myself the past 3+ years

that my sobriety began when I stopped drinking;
my recovery began when I got to Step 4 with my sponsor

that tomorrow is hAAlf nAAked thursdAAy and some type of pictorial idea will come to me

that I can add a little tribute to the families and friends of victims of the Virginia Tech massacre

Get a life in which you are not alone. Find people you love, and who love you. And remember that love is not leisure, it is work.

I think where the work of love is concerned may be the one area where I am a lazy ass.

The quote about love is so true. It may be the greatest gift of all. Thanks for sharing that.

Hey Dave,
That quote about Love is so right on. I am learning and experiencing that.
I always used to focus on what I wasn't getting instead of what I was.

I am grateful that my Xray doesn't look like Kermit's today!
