that I'm going to my doctor today to discuss the results of my recent physical exam (I know my cholesterol levels are out of range, damnit!)

I really laughed at that picture. What a great idea. I've always secretly wanted to roast Barbie. And the trolls are too neat.
She "ain't" in hot water yet, but I've been there many times. Yeh, I'm glad every day is different. Oh man am I glad.
