The polite smoker would have started farting when he lit up, instead of making the other guy take responsibility.

I encountered an error while posting a comment.... hmmm.Anyway, I am so grateful to live in a state where you can't smoke anywhere.
I thought he was gonna spew the wine all over the smoker and then ask if his spitting bothered anyone.
I knew something was coming, but I did not think of a gas attack.
