microscope week @ higher powered

This week I will post some amazing pictures taken with an electron microscope.

These were sent to me from my friend Jessie Young.

todAAy i AAm grAAteful & thAAnkful

that I've done so much since my last gratitude list last Thursday ...

... flew one-way to Denver

... got to visit with Mary Christine (Being Sober) and her daughter

... got to see snow (that's a big deal for us Gulf Coast Texans)

... picked up a newly purchased classic '84 Cadillac

... drove 18 hours back to Houston across Colorado, Kansas, down through Oklahoma and then all the way through Texas

... got to see the plains of Kansas (never been there before)

that I'm able to do these things because I'm sober. If I were still drinking, well, ...
never mind.

It was so lovely to see you and your car. My daughter thought you were wonderful - and every single one of your jokes hysterical!

Wait....Mary's daughter thought all your jokes were funny??? Poor thing.
Love the car!!!
I'm glad you're sober. Otherwise you might have ended up in Alabama.

You mentioned the Great Wall of Scott W. Brick by brick it is coming down...thank God.

I love your new car, it's beautiful.

Now, I need to speak with MC's daughter. There must be something wrong with her.

great car! glad you had such an enjoyable time trekking across the middlelands in your caddy. it's always exciting to see new land particularly when we're sober enough to realize where we are
