todAAy i AAM grAAteful & thAAnkful

that Bob R. shared a little bit of his experience in the AA program yesterday

that my manipulation and control of others has lessened since I got sober and even more since I began Al-Anon meetings

that I can help others even when I don't intend to; but I can also damage others, so I must be careful

that I can usually be as productive as I wish to be

Prayer is not an old woman's idle amusement. Properly understood and applied, it is the most potent instrument of action.

My awareness of the lengths of manipulation and control that I would go to has helped me to lessen those actions. I used to go to any length to get my way because I thought that I knew what was best for another. That was pretty sick.

I think Al-Anon should be taught in highschool..Honestly..I read my Courage to Change daily and it's always educational.

Let's bring back HNT
