It's Monday (again)

a little fountain in the backyard; it just bubbles and bubbles all day and night

todAAy i AAm grAAteful & thAAnkful

that today is Boston's 3rd AA birthday; she's really a miracle, y'all

that I can appreciate being bored, or as many might call it, serene

that I got to celebrate my 5th AA anniversary at Lambda on Saturday along with 27 others

that I've been able to help a friend quit smoking, simply by suggesting the book I read. A book that Scott W suggested I read 2 years ago.

for dinner with Scott W (Attitude of Gratitude) and Zane (Zanejabbers)

Todd (Postcards From Hells Kitchen) asked the age-old question, "Where does time go?"
Any answers??

“Stay” is a charming word in a friend’s vocabulary.
-Louisa May Alcott

I read that time doesn't go anywhere, that it is like a corridor running through an apple. We move along the corridor, keeping our eyes trained on only one spot as we move. If we noticed the entire surface of the corridor, we would have a bigger experience.

Where does time go?

There is no such thing as 'time'?

Also...I'll take 'bored' any TIME, as long as it means 'serene'!

Nice fountain! I'm jealous. Not really, just too lazy to build one. But, I really like that one. :o)

So, what' the book that got you smoke free??? I'm having a problem with being clean and sober and smelling like an ash tray and not being able to breathe. It's like being half way clean, ya know?

Congrats on your 5 years! How'd ya do it? :o)

In accordance to one of Einstein's theory, time holds itself in a stretch of another dimension all together. According to one of Einstein's less well known theories when the universe stops expanding and starts contracting time will begin running backwards, so it can be rewound. I'm not sure that I want that to happen....

Happy fifth anniversary!
