for Step 2 and a lessening of insane behavior (I still have a whole lot of insane thinking)
that I don't always react to my insane thoughts (not as much as I used to do)
the the AA meetings I've attended the last few days seem to have just flown by (does this mean my head is in a good place or is my watch broken?)

Ahh, a calico mama cat. I have a calico who was found in the woods as a feral kitten and is enjoying the good life.
