for a whole day of feeling great and not being a martyr once -- that's a miracle for this mental case
for everything
that I am getting my Mom (at her request) a Big Screen TV today (since her stroke 16 months ago, television is about all she has)
that my friend Zane has a new blog -

Canopy tour looks like a lot of fun! You look like a way cool outdoorsman.
love the quote at the end. Disgust is STILL a great motivator for me. It's what I feel at the end of the tape....when I run it all the way thru.
I can relate to that quote FOR SURE! I was so disgusted with myself that I had no choice but to change.
Ya know, I love your adventurous spirit, thanks fo sharing that part of you with me!
I do so love a man with a red helmet.
Nice pics.
Way to go for resisting the call to martyrdom ... I know how hard that can really be some times
Great photos... I just bought some coffee from Costa Rica; I think it was due to all your posts they seeped into my head!
:)
Your MOM is so tiny and a big screen is so big. Good for her, she deserves what she wants. There is a blessing for you for taking care of her like you do. Been there, done that.
That look like fun, dAAve.
OH MY... I would pee my pants being that high off the ground LOL hats off to ya,
