love the quote at the end. Disgust is STILL a great motivator for me. It's what I feel at the end of the tape....when I run it all the way thru.

I can relate to that quote FOR SURE! I was so disgusted with myself that I had no choice but to change.

Your MOM is so tiny and a big screen is so big. Good for her, she deserves what she wants. There is a blessing for you for taking care of her like you do. Been there, done that.
