FRIDAY

Fun at the Ballgame.
This picture was from a game about 2 weeks ago.
The Astros suck this season, but it's always a good time at the ballpark.
On the left is our good buddy ZANE (click here to see more of him).

Craig Biggio got his 3000th hit last night, becoming the 27th player in the 120-year history of the game to do so. He's only the 8th player to get all of those hits while playing for just 1 team.
Congratulations Craig!!

that I successfully used pause when agitated for the second day in a row

that this program of recovery in AA continues to work me, in spite of myself

that Kenny may get his deam job the same time I get to London to visit him -- wassup with dat?

I'm practicing PAUSE right along side you...but you seem to be doing better at it than me. That's OK, I'm not a quitter. I'm so glad you are going to see Kenny! He needs some Texas shaped sun-glasses ;)

dAAve,

I know how proud you are of Biggio. I am awe struck that he has been on the Astro's his entire career.

Now there's a lesson in loyalty, family and perseverence.

I am striving to "pause" when agitated myself. I do much better except when I'm in the car trying to get home fast.

Have a fun trip, please take good care (in light of the terror threats).

God Speed, dAAve ! Love you.

dAAve, thanks for stopping by my blog when I have been so remiss in posting.

I think I told you once about a friend in the program who had an elaborate pause button tattooed on his bicept, so he could press it when agitated.

Thanks for being there.

Hey why are all the seats empty? It is good they have some loyal fans despite their performance.
