that I realized at an early age (late teens) that pills were too addictive for me, so I just stopped taking them (I tried all the popular stuff for several months)
that I continue to seek the right things to do each day instead of just the things I would like to do; occasionally I am successful
that I am neither violent or loud
that I'm not a liar or a cheat

Oh I love the quote at the bottom! I am grateful also that I no longer feel the need to lie or cheat...I think that comes when we no longer have to live in "survival mode"...and can just live our lives.

I enjoyed the Stonewall article. Never knew that stuff before. Interesting.
Gonna send that link of the Stonewall article to my mum. She still struggles with allowing others to know what she is. I pray that this will be lifted from her cuz she is so beautiful.
So would tucking one's tail not be so good either?
