that I am entirely comfortable going to at least 1 AA meeting every day; this is the main way I remain sober and centered in my program; it's not that much different than my drinking years when I was comfortable going to a bar every day
for a productive morning with my remodelling contractor, choosing materials
that I miss Hayden very much; the deep deep feelings are still there although I know the right thing to do is to Just Let Go! It is the hardest thing I've ever tried to do.

The first thing I though of when I saw that "phone pic", is how many people would call 911, if they saw someone hold a gun to their ear. LOL.
I'm sorry you're having Hayden pain. I used to think that doing the right thing meant "pain free". Boy do we learn different.
remodelling... someday :-) we have a kitchen that is in dire need, but the cash flow hasn't been there. Hopefully the new job will lend some help along those lines ;-)
I am sorry you are going through a painful time.
I hope there will be body parts on HNT, it seems it is mostly pictures of cute puppies and kittens nowadays.
