Another Day of Victory

todAAy i AAm grAAteful & thAAnkful

that I have learned to recognize when I'm getting overwhelmed and how to nip it in the bud before the insanity returns (usually)

that on Saturday night, I got to hear another friend tell what it was like, what happened and what it's like now

that I was asked to read a part in Bob S's one-act play, "King of the Hill";
we did this last night at a community theatre and I forgot to stay afterward to sign autographs

for the fun of listening to Lisa Lampanelli for 1 ½ hours

tha I have been on this planet for 54 years; never thought that would happen!

that I'm sober enough to be a bit worried about Kenny.
He hasn't responded to my emails. Does anyone have any information?

Gallagher opened the morning newspaper and was dumbfounded to read in the obituary column that he had died. He quickly phoned his best friend, Finney.
"Did you see the paper?" asked Gallagher. "They say I died!!"
"Yes, I saw it!" replied Finney. "Where are ye callin' from?"

An Irish priest is driving down to New York and gets stopped for speeding in Connecticut . The state trooper smells alcohol on the priest's breath and then sees an empty wine bottle on the floor of the car.
He says, "Sir, have you been drinking?"
"Just water," says the priest.
The trooper says, "Then why do I smell wine?"
The priest looks at the bottle and says, "Good Lord! He's done it again!"
