that usually the right things happen when I do the right things; when they don't, I have the steps to work things out
that I'm continuing my commitment to an Al-Anon Double Winner group on Wednesday nights; I'm not sure what benefits I am getting from it, but I'm prepared to not give up

Happy Thursday
Sue
ow.
Great, now I have a headache.
dAAve. I'm really into learning and turning (the knob both ways). Thanks.
And I admire your "Double Life" in recovery. One of these days I'm gonna join you. Maybe I have to hurt just a bit more.
I CAN say that it sure works wonders for someone very close to me. (Anonymity, ya know!)
I've just been told, "AA saved my life. Alanon shows me how to LIVE my life."
I always figured AA could do both--but I'm not too sure now, for ME, that is.....
Owch! I'll bet that hurt.
Happy sober Thursday...another day to do the right things.
Dave, glad that you are continuing with the double winner meetings. I hear so many AA's say in Al-Anon meetings that they are much better spiritually and emotionally from going.
Can't say I haven't done something similar.
what? you're not up yet? it's already 3:41!
