just thinking ...

todAAy i AAm grAAteful & thAAnkful

for another meaningful 1st step meeting with a newcomer

that another person asked me to help them through the steps -- someone with 9 months of sobriety who was looking for a new sponsor

that I've never been convicted of a crime, although I have been arrested twice

that I don't have to know or understand every new technical gadget

Kindness makes a fellow feel good, whether it’s being done to him or by him.

I stay away from new technology for awhile to give it a fighting chance. The Pauli effect, you know.

THANK YOU. You are right-I don't have to understand every knew gadget.
I'm glad that everytime I had to sit in the back of the police car, it did not count as an arrest.

I have a need to understand gadgets and like them. But yesterday I changed some brake pads and put in new wheel bearings. So it was not much gadgetry, just a lot of grease.

BTW I do not always think with my gonads. Unless Franklin is wearing those tight cords like he did today.
