Solutions
"Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. All you folks in coach, please immediately exit the plane on the starboard wing and stand in 35 degree water up to your knees. Business class and Gold Card passengers, please exit through the galley where we have a Zodiac 650 inflatable raft and continental breakfast waiting for you."

that there is a solution -- it's found in the first 164 pages of the book Alcoholics Anonymous
that sometimes you just gotta hang on tight
that I found out about the correct treatment for my incomprehensible demoralization regarding my alcoholic behavior -- AA
that my GP prescribed Lipitor for my borderline high cholesterol, which is crucial because of the damage caused by my 36 years of smoking. I also take an aspirin every day. I also modified my diet. I also exercise.
that my psychiatrist put me on Lexapro after a year of therapy; it's made a huge difference in my life
Believe those who seek the truth; doubt those who find it.

I took my blood pressure before I went to bed last night and it was 160/100. I'm thinking it is probably time for me to go see a doctor...ya think???
I wish you lived next door and we could exercise together. Well I could just watch you and cheer you on or something.
I wish I lived in the house on the other side of you. You, me, and Pammie could go running every morning!
I suspect your doc gave you something other than Lexapro for your borderline high cholesterol.
LOL at the comments. I'm grateful for the meds I need on a daily basis! Have a good one.
I meant Lipitor for the cholesterol. hehe
well it seems we all need to move in next to Dave since he can't get his meds. straight. You know that's one of the first "issues" with age....not remembering if you took your medicine or not.
lol u all... PAMMIE YES go to a doctor!

Where did your legs go?
I don't like the fact that getting older means things like cholesterol come up--but the alternative to getting older sucks.
Right on! Have a great day dAAve!
Some days it pays to come in the end of a conversation. So the consesus is either move in to make sure you take the right meds, or start an exercise camp. Lexapro worked wonders for me, eventually you learn to keep the calm without the Lex. (Hugs)Indigo
I'm glad you are getting the meds you need.
It's funny, though, how we don't give a rat's ass about our health when we're young...and then one day...
Yikes on the First Class raft issue!
