This was our birthday cake @ Lambda Center on Saturday.Twenty-five recovering alcoholics celebrated October as their sobriety month.

for all of the family support of recovering alcoholics and addicts
for the little Halloween party we had at Lambda Saturday; good food, music and costumes
that I am not a politician and will never be a politician

for the perfect weather we've been having, however, we will need some rainfall soon

My original Home Group celebrated October Birthdays in full Halloween Costumes. One year the entire group of celebrants (twelve of them) came dressed as cows. They came in the room single file as a "herd" mooing. That was one of the first events that made me REALLY want to stick around :)

Lamda center must be a great place. The cake looks nice and spooky. I'm sure that the meeting you chaired was a good one.

I am not sure where I heard this, but it made me laugh when I did - it was in talking about the 10th Tradition - the guy said...I was never a good doctor because I had terrible patience.
