todAAy i AAm grAAteful & thAAnkful

for the way Boston presents a topic for discussion in an AA meeting

that I could give a little guidance to a first-time newcomer

that I stood aside and declined to run for a position at the election of the Board of Directors of Lambda Center. It was my turn to adhere to the spirit of rotation after 4 consecutive years. Now, I'll have to find other ways to be of service to the place wqhere my life was saved.

life is pretty good these days

Happy Monday!
I'm spiritedly trying to rotate out of my GSR position or at least switching to alternate. Finding volunteers for service positions can be challenging.

Oh how I wish more people would take service positions in my group. I'm trying to bring a new group of sponsee into service, but you'd think I was asking them to snorkle in the snow.
I KNOW your service has been greatly appreciated.

I am certain you will never stop being of service, you will just find different roles.

Pray on it!

I really enjoyed sitting at the table at the restaurant last night and just laughing and feeling a part of. You, of course, were the first to make me feel a 'part of' Lambda.

Thanks for that.

When Dave talks...people listen.

Because "...inquiring minds want to know."

I agree with MC....I'm sure you'll never stop being of service either. When I saw you at Lambda and mentioned I had talked to you on the phone you looked shocked. One day I wrote a post about going to a sporting event and being a little scared. You sent me an e-mail with your phone number. I called you that day just to say eveything went ok and to thank you. From what I've seen, you're always giving. Can't wait to see you guys again at Lambda soon.

I like that you are humble enough to rotate out of one position and into another. I think that it's good to let others do service and to not get "stuck" in doing a job.

Another LOL moment! Where do you get this stuff?

It is about spirit of rotation isn't it?

My spirit has not rotated as of yet.
