Stress Management

Just in case you've had a rough day, here's an eight-step stress management technique recommended in the latest psychological texts.
The funny thing is that it really works.

1. Picture yourself near a stream.
2. Birds are softly chirping in the cool mountain air.
3. No one but you knows your secret place.
4. You are in total seclusion from the hectic world.
5. The soothing sound of a gentle waterfall fills the air with a cascade of serenity.
6. The water is crystal clear.
7. You can easily make out the face of the person you're holding underwater.

8. See? You're smiling already.

A tried and trusted method. One of my faves. Just don't splash the trousers, okay? :-)

If I had put this on my blog, my old employer would have called this an "implied threat."

I on the other hand just think it's hilarious.

This is a nice blog, I am going to bookmark you. I have put my own thoughts and techniques on stress management and stress relief into a little ebook which I am giving away free for signing up with me. Plus I give a bunch of useful info as gifts and bonuses. Such as a report on anxiety and another on depression by a retired professional. Take a look and let me know what you think Visit: Stress Management I have been useing some of these techniques (like the acupressure ones) very effectively with friends and family. Everyone feels the relief from stress that my system of techniques provide. Of course, there is always more to learn, but the more knowledge you have, the more techniques you know, the more you can apply to any given situation, right?
