Sweet surrender, sweet serenity.
Whichever one you DON'T want to read is probably the one you NEED to read today! LOL
Where are you in the stop smoking effort now? Just do what you can today.
Love you, my friend!
Smoke your thumb!!!! Hah!!!
Now for the real answer. AA gives you everything you need to stop smoking. I used the principles just like I did for quitting drinking. It works if ou work it.
Nuff said?
Read them all!
I see you,
JJ
Hi dAAve,
You will be amazed at how easy it is to quit smoking once you make up your mind to do so. All you have to do is occupy your mind, hands and mouth when it come time to light up. Once you break the behavior, you are home free. It is so much better not to have that awful taste in my mouth, and stinky hands, etc...
I smoked for 30 years, and have been a non-smoker for over 5 years.
You can do it.
