that I begin each day with a short prayer, thus beginning a conscious contact with my HP

that I end each night with a prayer, often falling to blissful sleep whilst in prayer

that I no longer think I have to pass out to get to sleep

that my life is usually as simple as I allow it to be

for unusual things or events that just happen and you know that it's just the way it is supposed to be

for a most beautiful day yesterday in Houston

that O.J. Simpson is finally writing a book
