my shoe is untied

todAAy i AAm grAAteful & thAAnkful

that we read "Acceptance was the Answer" from the Big Book yesterday and then discussed it. That's one of my favorite stories.

at my 2nd meeting of the day, we discussed Step 12. I think many of us could speak forever about the ways this step can be practiced. Always provides for an insightful meeting.

that my nephew came over and did a little electrical work for us (yes, he's licensed)

The mind is like a parachute. It doesn't work unless it's open.

If you don't want to tie your shoes why not just take them off and let the wind blow through your toes for awhile :)

I like the qoute here today too..
So true.I guess people who don't keep an opened mind are just too afraid of heights.

I bought Abby tennis shoes w/laces and no velco. I told her she could learn how to tie her shoes now and she was very excited. Perhaps I should send a pair to you. Shoe size and style preference please.

My mind sometimes doesn't work (correctly) when IT'S open. Gotta work on that. Also, gotta work on making comments less cryptic,
