another encore

todAAy i AAm grAAteful & thAAnkful

that I am more aware of my triggers than ever before

for tools to deal with those triggers, when I choose to use them

that I think I'm making progress against a few of my character defects

for severe thunderstorms that do no damage

that my little shoulder strain from working out is very treatable

Bad habits are like a comfortable bed, easy to get into, but hard to get out of.

Don't you love a big ol' thunderstorm?
I drove my mom crazy as a kid, because I'd go sit on the front porch to watch them.

Glad you are taking care of that shoulder.

did I miss something happening to your shoulder? I don't recall that.
Did I miss a thunderstorm? Damn. I know I missed the electricity going off during the night.

We had bad storms up this way too. I was rudely woken up by my precious daughter at 5am to get ready for work. The bad thing was the power was out. Grrrrr But we had no damage so that is good.

Hope your shoulder gets better.

Thanks for the comment. And I just wanted to let you know that I do want to finish out my commitment. Unfortunatly it is not up to me. It will be up to my Colonel. I was just saying that if they do kick me out it might not be such a bad thing. Just trying to stay as positive as I can. Thanks again. Take Care.

Send your thunderstorms El Paso way! We'd love to see something besides dry blue sky.

Have a great shoulder-pain free day, dAAve!

You mean those are not shoulder pads.

I'm wary of thunderstorms now after the tornado that came. But I'll have to get used to them because they are a part of southern summers. Watch that shoulder.
