that my friend Jim N. had the opportunity to share his recovery experience with us before he returns to Chicago; he has been in Houston for 8 months undergoing a stem-cell transplant

that it's so much easier to know the next right thing -- when I have some clarity of thought!

(see above) -- someone asked me to participate in something that made me very uncomfortable and I immediately said NO!
