Ghosts of the Past

todAAy i AAm grAAteful & thAAnkful

that I added another day to my sobriety calendar

that I can see, hear, smell, taste and feel

that my ghosts are only a memory and shall remain so

that I'm not a goblin

that, wow man, my mannerisms can be manly

that I love so much coffee just about any time of the day

for my kitty cats

for doing 2 more paintings

for a busy upcoming Saturday

that I keep trying to improve my conscious contact with my HP

If you don't run your own life, someone else will.

What would Halloween be without a good ghost story? Well, one of the best ghost tales this side of Amityville is the true story of how greed and "progress" danced on the graves of Denver's old Mount Prospect/City Cemetery -- much of which lies now beneath one of the city's proudest (and high-priced) neighborhoods, Cheesman Park.

Read all about it at Ron Franscell's http://underthenews.blogspot.com today ...

Do you have any pictures of the paintings? I'd really love to see them. I'm glad you are not a goblin too. Remind me to tell you the freaky story about what happened last night while I was sleeping...weird shit.
Peace,
JJ
