have a seat; take a load off ...

I really don't have much to say, but ...

todAAy i AAm grAAteful & thAAnkful

that I am healthy

for the chance to be better than I was yesterday (that won't take much effort)

that I have the opportunity to learn from my mistakes

that I've always been one of the luckiest people in the world -- I know this from my many years of travel to places that many of you have never heard of.

that our money negotiations should conclude today regarding the new townhouse; I'll let you know more tomorrow

If you are patient in one moment of anger, you will escape a hundred days of sorrow.

I don't think our luck is random either or else I'd most likely not be here. That luck convinces me that I'm here for a reason.
